3.1 Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates only. Groovy Man is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs, shipping carriers, weather). 3.2 International Duties: The customer is fully responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, or local taxes assessed by the destination country. We cannot predict or control these charges. 3.3 Refused Parcels: If a parcel is refused by the recipient due to unexpected charges, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, the return shipment cost, and any associated customs fees.

4. Returns, Replacements, and Guarantee

4.1 No Returns/Exchanges: For strict hygiene reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 4.2 Satisfaction Guarantee (Replacement Only): Your sole remedy for a faulty, defective, or unsatisfactory item is our 14-day replacement guarantee. 4.3 Replacement Process: To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us at ping@groovyman.co within 14 days of receipt, providing your Order Reference Number and specific details of the issue.
