The factory we engage with is vertically integrated, handling everything from yarn dyeing, yarn covering, and yarn texturizing to the final sock production. This commitment ensures our product reflects the high quality we demand.

Currently, the socks in our capsule collection are made of 100% Supima Cotton, reinforced with Nylon / Spandex / Lycra. However, we have other lines coming up featuring materials from Australian wool to brushed Mulberry silk, so stay tuned for more.

We currently offer a single size designed to feel soft, secure, and comfortable all day:

• One Size (Men): EU 40-45 / US (Men) 7-11 / UK (Men) 6-10 / JP (cm) 25.0-28.5

To ensure the longevity of your socks:

• Machine wash in 30°C water.
• Tumble dry on low.
• Avoid wringing.
• Store in a cool, dry area.

We partner exclusively with manufacturers who share our values, prioritizing traditional techniques and ethical production. Our factory is a member of and audited by external organizations in the areas of human resource management, environment, and safety. This commitment is formalized through participation and certification in internationally recognized standards, including:

• Social & Labor Convergence (SLCP)
• Higg Index
• SEDEX membership
• ZDHC certified (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals)

For the time being, we do need to charge for international delivery. We are working to reduce costs and our carbon footprint to make shipping cheaper, or free.

• Local Delivery (Thailand): Typically within 3–5 working days.
• Rest of the World: Approximately 9 working days, though this may vary depending on the destination country.

Any customs, VAT, or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies and duties vary widely.

For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your items fall short of your expectations due to a fault, defect, or similar issue, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee and will gladly send you a new pair.
