For the time being, we do need to charge for international delivery. We are working to reduce costs and our carbon footprint to make shipping cheaper, or free.

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

• Thailand (Local): Typically within 3–5 working days
• Rest of the World: Approximately 9 working days, though this may vary depending on the destination country

Any customs, VAT, or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies and duties vary widely.

The customer takes full responsibility for all charges and any return shipment costs should they refuse the parcel due to duties or taxes. We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
